We’re looking for a Middle / Middle+ Customer Success Manager who will take ownership of day-to-day B2B client operations: onboarding, async communication, billing follow-ups, and support for internal client-related processes within a fast-growing SaaS business.

About the Company:

The company is a B2B SaaS platform for cold outreach and email infrastructure. It helps outbound teams scale email outreach in the US market - from mailbox provisioning and deliverability to operational support for outbound processes.
The company has been operating for around 2 years, is fully bootstrapped, and is growing without external funding. It has reached $2M ARR, the product has already found its market, the client base is growing steadily, and over the next 12 months the team plans to focus on scaling both the product and operational processes.
The team is small, so this role requires a high level of independence and direct responsibility for daily client operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily communication with clients via Slack / WhatsApp: follow-ups, status updates, maintaining contact, and collecting feedback.
  • Supporting client processes and internal statuses: updating spreadsheets, Notion, and client records.
  • First-line billing support: basic work with Stripe, checking subscriptions, payments, and statuses.
  • Supporting the team’s operational processes and completing tasks based on instructions and templates.
  • Onboarding new clients after getting familiar with the company’s processes.

Requirements:

Must-have:

  • Customer Success / Customer Support experience in B2B, around 2+ years.
  • B2+ English for daily async communication with clients via Slack / Intercom / email / WhatsApp.
  • Ability to manage several clients in parallel.
  • Experience working with Notion.
  • Independence and strong organizational skills.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with Stripe / billing.
  • Ability to work with current AI tools such as Codex and Claude.

Conditions:

  • 2000–5000 USDT, discussed individually depending on experience.
  • Timezone: mandatory overlap with US business hours, approximately from 12:00 to 16:00 EST.
  • Full-time, remote worldwide.
  • Different payment formats are possible: Deel, crypto, and similar options.
