Senior Fullstack Developer

A company building a B2B SaaS product for email-based sales is looking for a strong and independent engineer who will take ownership of the technical side of the product. The developer will own the codebase, evolve the system, and ship features while the founder focuses on sales.

About the company:

2 years on the market, $2M ARR, 2,000+ customers (80% in the US). Fully bootstrapped, no external investors. The team has fewer than 5 people. The product is growing fast (target x5 growth within a year).

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and evolve the system independently - product logic, services, and infrastructure
  • Work directly with the founder
  • Build and ship new features quickly
  • Handle production incidents and maintain system stability
  • Develop and improve email infrastructure and deliverability
  • Improve monitoring and system reliability

Tech stack:

Python 3.12, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, Redis, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, Go, React/Next.js, SMTP/IMAP, Google API, Stripe.

Candidate profile:

  • 6+ years of commercial experience
  • Strong Python expertise
  • Experience with React / Next
  • Ability to navigate and work within unfamiliar codebases independently
  • Fast learner when it comes to new technologies and approaches
  • Experience working in startups
  • Comfortable with broad ownership and responsibility

Nice to have:

Experience as the first or sole developer in a startup or building your own product
