The startup builds trading systems at the intersection of financial markets, AI, and frontier technologies, and operatesown AI research lab, has stable long-term funding, and access to experimental hardware.
At the current stage, the company is entering a phase where research is being reinforced by engineering and trading, including the development of high-frequency trading (HFT)systems with strict latency and reliability requirements.
The HFT Core team is currently in the process of being set up and is looking for 3 engineers who will be reporting to the CTO.

- AI models and research pipelines used directly in trading decision-making
- Next-generation computing systems, including experiments with novel hardware and performance-critical software

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop core HFT infrastructure from scratch
- Build a high-performance runtime for market data ingestion and order execution
- Develop a backtesting system for trading strategies
- Participate in architecture design and key technical decisions
- Optimize systems for low latency and high throughput
- Collaborate closely with research team
We're looking for someone with:
- Strong experience with C++
- Experience in HFT
- Background in high-performance and low-latency systems
- Experience building systems or architecture from scratch
- Strong understanding of performance optimization and system design
- Ability to work independently and make technical decisions

- Base location: Amsterdam
- Remote work is possible
