We’re working with an AI startup that develops an AI-powered L1 technician for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). The company has been on the market for over 3 years, and it recently closed a $2.6M seed round. The product is primarily focused on the US market, while also serving clients in Europe and APAC.
The core idea of the product is the automation of repetitive L1 tickets (triage, dispatch, basic fixes). It decreases the manual workload of MSPs by adapting to tasks using a system of tools and skills.
They are already the number 1 AI agent platform for MSPs, have growing revenue, and a strong partnership with Microsoft, including participation in the Pegasus Program.
Right now, they have zero marketing function, and that’s why they are looking for a Founding Growth Marketer to build the marketing engine from scratch. You’ll join an international team of 10 AI enthusiasts who are already working to make the product the best in its domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Create demand: write blog posts, produce case studies, run corporate LinkedIn, activate dormant referral program (100% historical conversion, used 3 times ever)
Make events convert - the company spends $600K/year on conferences. You'll own pre-event outreach, booth creative, and post-event follow-up automation
Build the system: marketing dashboard, email infrastructure, attribution tracking. If you can't measure it, it doesn't count
Candidate Profile:
Proven experience building something in marketing from zero (channel, system, inbound engine, etc.)
Strong hands-on execution experience across multiple areas of marketing
5+ years of experience, with enough depth to have seen and built real outcomes
Experience with international markets
Active implementation of AI tools for work optimization: building workflows, plugins, dashboards, scrapers, and automation
Strong writing ability (blog posts, emails, LinkedIn): done personally, not via briefing freelancers
