The company is currently looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join a long-term project with a major international energy enterprise from Germany. The project focuses on building and evolving a virtual data warehouse that consolidates data from multiple source systems and applies Data Vault 2.0 principles to provide a robust foundation for financial reporting, commercial steering, campaign management, and GDPR compliance.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in data warehousing and data architecture;
SQL skills;
Data Vault 2.0;
Python;
Snowflake, dbt (Core), Airflow;
Azure DevOps;
English B2+.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable data models;
Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions;
Optimize data pipelines for performance and cost efficiency;
Extend GDPR Article 15 processes and develop data deletion procedures in Snowflake, ensuring compliance across 20+ source systems.
