Growth Marketing Lead (B2B SaaS | Cybersecurity | EU / USA)
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead who will take full ownership of scaling a cybersecurity SaaS product across the EU and US markets.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Identify and solidify product–market fit through rapid hypothesis testing and experimentation
- Launch and scale growth channels: outbound, inbound, and partnerships
- Develop community as a standalone growth channel
- Build and optimize a scalable growth engine: funnels, metrics, forecasting, with a strong focus on revenue
- Work directly with founders and collaborate closely with the sales / outreach team
Who We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS (DevTools or Cybersecurity background is a strong plus)
- Demonstrated track record of finding PMF and scaling products
- Experience working with international markets
- Hands-on mindset, startup mentality, strong ownership
- Confident English communication skills
Conditions:
- Fixed compensation: $7–8K + performance-based bonuses (total compensation up to ~$9K)
- B2B contract
- Remote-first (European time zones preferred)
- High-impact role: influence product direction, growth strategy, and core processes
