We’re partnering with an AI startup that has been on the market for over three years. The company recently achieved product-market fit and raised a $2.5M seed round. Its primary market is the US (80%), with additional presence in Europe and APAC.
This startup builds AI agents for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) that automate IT support workflows, including ticket handling, and system integrations. The core idea is a single universal agent that dynamically adapts to tasks using a system of tools and skills.
They are already the number 1 AI agent platform for MSPs, have growing revenue and a strong partnership with Microsoft, including participation in the Pegasus Program.
The team consists of 10 people working globally, and is currently looking for an AI Software Engineer to work across the entire product, building and improving AI agent systems, and solving real automation problems
Key Responsibilities:
Build and improve agent-based systems (LLMs, tools, skills).
Work with MSPs to understand how exactly they use those integrations to design Neo's tools and skills better.
