Our client is an international product company building an ecosystem at the intersection of hardware and software in the focus / attention management category.
The team is developing a product that helps users manage their attention in an environment of constant noise - from focus modes and distraction blocking to integrations with devices and smart home systems such as Apple Home, Google Home, and others.
The ecosystem’s physical device is now entering mass production, while the mobile app is being developed as a standalone product and a separate business line.
Key Responsibilities:
Shape product hypotheses and launch experiments, including A/B tests
Drive end-to-end growth of the mobile product: from first touchpoint to payment and retention
Improve onboarding, activation, and early user journeys
Work on retention and build a daily usage habit
Develop the subscription model: paywall, offers, conversion to paid, churn reduction
Identify new growth and monetization opportunities
Work in a cross-functional team with design, engineering, analytics, and marketing
Make decisions based on data and user insights
Requirements:
4+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner in a mobile product with real traction
Understanding of key metrics: activation, retention, conversion to paid, churn, LTV
Experience improving onboarding, funnels, and user journeys
Understanding of subscription models and the factors that influence their effectiveness
Experience running experiments and validating hypotheses
Strong ownership and results orientation
Ability to see the product through the user’s eyes and simplify experiences
Fluent Russian, English B2+
Nice-to-have:
Experience with B2C mobile apps, especially in productivity, wellness, mindfulness, health, or adjacent categories
Hands-on experience with paywalls and subscription monetization
Growth mindset and understanding of product economics
Experience collaborating with performance marketing teams
