We’re working with a high-caliber startup client building an AI-native operating system - an intelligence layer that replaces scattered apps with one calm surface. Instead of switching between tools for tasks, processes, and communication, users tell the system what they need and it runs the workflow end-to-end.
The product is mobile-first and focused on solving the real challenge in AI: UX that supports ongoing work, not just chat. The team is made up of builders who ship fast and use AI deeply in how they work. The company is currently seeking an experienced Operations Lead to join.
Key Responsibilities:
Own company operations end-to-end (coordination, execution, follow-ups, and keeping processes running smoothly).
Manage external partners: lawyers, accountants, contractors, and service providers.
Run core people ops workflows: hiring coordination, onboarding, and payroll administration (e.g., Deel or similar).
Own contract and compliance workflows (including support for ESOP-related operations).
Build, document, improve, and progressively automate operational processes using AI tools and integrations.
