LOCATION:

Fulltime.

Hybrid — office work 3 days per week (UK).

LEVEL: Senior.

SALARY: up to 5000 gbp monthly.

We are seeking an experienced Tech Recruiter to join the HR department of a highly successful Game Development Company based in UK!

The company was established in 2010, bringing together some of the most experienced and talented developers from the UK game development industry, with the vision to create genre-defining titles for a global audience. Since then, they have created four critically-acclaimed, award-winning hits; their games have garnered more than one hundred awards and have been played by many millions of fans. Today, they have two world-class studios in Leamington Spa. In their original HQ, they continue to support and grow the huge, vibrant community.

As a Senior Tech Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to support the organisation. You will be responsible for leading the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing the hiring process and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Your expertise in technology recruitment and your deep understanding of the game development industry will be essential in identifying candidates with the right skills and cultural fit for the company!

What will you do:

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and team leaders to understand their technical requirements, team dynamics, and organisational goals.
  • Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates through resume review, phone interviews, technical interviews, and other relevant evaluation methods.
  • Lead and manage the interview process, coordinating schedules, preparing interviewers, and providing guidance on interview techniques and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to negotiate job offers, manage the offer process, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Track and analyse recruitment metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making.

What will you need:

  • Proven experience as a Tech Recruiter, preferably within the game development or technology industry.
  • Deep understanding of the game development industry, including knowledge of programming languages, game engines, platforms, and industry-specific roles.
  • Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and attract top-tier technical talent.
