The team consists of#nbsp;18 people: 5 traders and a#nbsp;manager; 3 Devops; 1 PM; 1 operations; 2 Python developers; 2 are retraining from Python to C++; The rest of#nbsp;the guys are C++.
There is#nbsp;an#nbsp;office in#nbsp;Dubai where traders and founders are located. The remaining employees work remotely from home. There is#nbsp;very little bureaucracy in#nbsp;the company and a#nbsp;horizontal management system. The development team works in#nbsp;2-weeks sprints. As#nbsp;Senior Python Developer you’ll play a#nbsp;crucial role in#nbsp;crafting and sustaining infrastructure and data processing services that complement the company’s C++ trading core, for example:
Develop and maintain Python-based infrastructure and data processing services;
Collaborate with C++ developers to#nbsp;ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications: • Strong proficiency in#nbsp;Python with experience in#nbsp;developing infrastructure and data processing services. • Ability to#nbsp;write clean, efficient, and well-structured code. • Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to#nbsp;detail. • Familiarity with Apache Kafka. • Experience with SQL databases, especially PostgreSQL. • Solid understanding of#nbsp;Linux systems, including docker and containerisation. • Experience with Django, Python Asyncio, Redis. • Experience with setting up#nbsp;CI pipelines for Python projects.
